KCDS is a fully established Disability Support Service dedicated
to providing five star care to children living with a disability.
Providing 24/7 Support Services to South East Melbourne since 2019.
The KCDS Team is based in South East Melbourne.
We provide a range of different support services
to assist participants’ and families living with disability.
Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
No matter the level of support you require we are here to work with and help you in any we can.
Our services are specifically designed for the participants’ involved and are in accordance with their NDIS Plan and goals.
With us you can guarantee that we will employ high quality, compassionate and competent support workers – the kind of people whom we would be happy to have assist our own family members.
We offer an open door, a listening ear and a dedication to provide the utmost care.

What do we do?
We provide In-Home Support and Community Access Services to participants between the ages three (3) and twenty-five (25).

KCDS is all about listening and understanding, not just our participants but also their loved ones. We believe that all of our work is a team effort and it is as a team that we are able to achieve our goals.
Kate really does match workers to her clients and understands what complex needs means.
Kate has a high standard when recruiting staff and goes over and above. Staff don’t merely ‘turn up’ for shifts but get involved in your family member’s life. Staff are keen to understand what works and spend the time getting to them as individuals. When Kate sends a worker, I know I don’t have to worry. Kate cares for both her staff and her clients.
My wife and I have known Kate since our daughter was a student in her class at Southern Autistic School (more than 5 years ago). Not only were we impressed (and grateful) for the care Kate provided our kids, but were blown-away by all the help she was giving to other special needs people. My family was constantly bumping into Kate around town and she was always caring for someone when we did she her (special toddlers to teenagers!)
I was thrilled when she started “Kate Cares” and have been a faithful client of hers since day 1. Both our kids (Sarah 7, and Tommy 8) love spending time with Kate and her team… and my wife and I certainly need a hand now and then!
